Tracy Bitternose
Rooted in integrity and driven by purpose, I care about building spaces where courage, clarity, and connection live side by side. I believe leadership is stewardship — protecting people while strengthening performance. I’m naturally curious, fiercely loyal, and not afraid of hard conversations. Whether shaping culture, singing in harmony with my chorus community, or supporting growth, I’m committed to leaving things stronger, clearer, and more aligned than I found them.
